LD6 container dolly

The CD-018 Container Dolly is a newly developed product that has been refined based on sample vehicles and in accordance with requirements and relevant standards proposed by several airlines. It addresses many previously identified structural inefficiencies through collaborative design improvements. This model can accommodate various types of containers including LD1, LD2, LD3, LD4, LD6, LD8 and DQF.

Features:

• Position Control: During transportation, the orientation mechanism ensures that the container remains fixed relative to the dolly, preventing any unwanted movement or rotation. For loading and unloading, the container can be adjusted horizontally in any direction up to 360 degrees, with precise positioning every 90 degrees, facilitating operations and enhancing work efficiency while reducing labor intensity.
• Roller Surface: The vehicle platform consists of rollers that provide smooth and easy maneuverability. The galvanized surface of the rollers offers excellent wear and corrosion resistance.
• Tires: Equipped with ultra-durable solid rubber tires as specified by GB10823, these tires ensure a long service life.
• Safety Mechanisms: Adjustable restraining devices are installed according to the dimensions of the containers being transported. Fixed limiters on both sides prevent jumping and derailment during transit, ensuring secure handling.
• Braking System: An automatic braking system engages when the tow bar is lowered, with adjustable brake pads for optimal performance. Wheel chocks provide an additional layer of safety.
